I am excited to tell you about another significant development of Accellence. We have reached another milestone in our journey to become a truly international Information Technology company. On 26th December 2011, we have reached the final agreement on creating a strategic business partnership with NTT Data Group. This partnership will consolidate our strength in Thailand and accelerate our growth into the overseas market. It will provide the financial strength for our company, open up new markets for us to win more greenfield projects and create exciting career opportunities for our people.

Our partner, NTT Data Group, is a truly formidable force in the IT business landscape in their own right. Their revenue as of March 2011 is 13 billion USD. They have 53,000 employees in 145 cities in 34 countries dotted around the world. Their business focus is in Japan, European, Asia Pacific, Northern and Southern American regions. Their areas of expertise include Consulting, Systems Integration and IT Outsourcing.

I believe that we have created the right strategic business partnership to go and compete in both domestic and international arena. NTT has recognized that the cards and payments business is a high-growth sector in Thailand. They have seen what Accellence has achieved in the Thai marketplace and believe that we would be the right partner to help them expand in the Asia Pacific market and co-create a number of leading-edge competitive electronic payment services. Not only does the NTT brand name and track records speak for themselves, they have a similar philosophy in their growth strategy. We have agreed that the “Accellence” brand name will continue to be used and that the Management structure remains the same. Both NTT and Accellence client portfolios, know-how and experience complement each other. I am confident that this synergy will result in innovative solutions for both our clients.
